CranioSacral Therapy with Lea

Can a old story live inside a body part, causing pain and disease?   In my many years in this practice, I have witnessed the safe passage and release by the bodies own inner wisdom to let go of accumulated trauma.  In the safety net of craniosacral therapy the old story re-emerges, and is replaced by a new version of the story.  The mind finds understanding, the heart finds forgiveness and compassion...

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY: Lea Garnier is using a gentle hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the function of the Cranio Sacral System (the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid, which surround and protect the brain and spinal cord). Trained at The Upledger Institute, Lea uses Craniosacral Therapy to release motion restrictions and promote the body's natural self-healing mechanism. Practicing for over 15 years, she has treated a diverse population, addressing a wide range of common health problems and medical disorders, including back & neck pain, accident related trauma, migraine headaches, dizziness, ringing in the ears, release of accumulated emotional trauma, rheumatoid arthritis, TMJ and fibromyalgia. Her gentle method has been very effective in treating children with chronic ear infections, learning disabilities, development problems and ADD/ADHD.  Recently, The American Cancer Society has recognized that Craniosacral Therapy can be a beneficial, non-invasive addition to a cancer patient’s treatment regimen, as it may relieve pain and headaches and lessen patient discomfort. When used in harmony with conventional cancer management methods, such as chemotherapy, Craniosacral Therapy may promote a sense of calm and is said to aid in the function of a cancer sufferer’s immune system.
